Choosing the right boiler cover shouldn't be complicated. Here are the answers to our most common questions regarding coverage, repairs, and annual services.
What exactly does my boiler cover include?
Depending on your chosen tier (Essential, Complete, or Total Care), your plan covers everything from an annual service to parts, labour, and emergency call-outs. Please check our plan comparison for full details.
How quickly will an engineer arrive for a breakdown?
We aim to respond to all emergency breakdowns within 24 hours. Our local Gas Safe registered engineers in Greater Manchester and the Wirral are always on standby.
Are there any hidden call-out charges or excess fees?
No hidden fees. Your monthly payment covers the call-out and labour. On the Complete plan, a £60 call-out applies to repair visits. Parts are not included unless stated on your tier.
When and how is my annual service scheduled?
We'll contact you automatically when your annual service is due. If you need it done urgently (within 14 days), you can add our fast-track booking option for a small additional fee.
What happens if my boiler is deemed beyond economical repair?
If your boiler cannot be repaired, we'll advise you on the best replacement options. Some of our premium plans offer discounts towards a new installation to help you stay warm.
Do you cover older boiler models?
Yes, we cover most makes and models, provided they are in good working order when your plan begins. We may need to perform an initial inspection to confirm eligibility.
How do I report a fault or book an emergency repair?
Simply call our 24/7 dedicated helpline at 0161 549 5346. Our local support team will dispatch an engineer to your home as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my plan later?
Absolutely. You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your tier if your circumstances change. Please review our terms regarding minimum contract periods for certain plans.
